Good news, Xiangtan Zhongchuang Electric Co., Ltd. has successfully completed the construction project of dismantling, fastening, dust cleaning, and defect elimination of the frequency converter for the electrical transmission cabinet of the five meter plate mill of Hualing Xiangtan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., as well as the main transmission equipment for rough and precision rolling.

It has been three years since the last major overhaul of Xianggang Five Meter Plate Factory, and many equipment need to be replaced and repaired. The factory leaders attach great importance to this maintenance and plan for several months. Finally, the entire factory will be shut down for maintenance on December 1, 2021. The technical team of Xiangtan Zhongchuang Electric has conducted multiple on-site inspections, identified work difficulties, and planned the construction period. In the end, the leaders of Xianggang Five Meter Plate Factory unanimously agreed with Xiangtan Zhongchuang Electric's maintenance plan and chose Zhongchuang Electric as one of their maintenance teams.

The construction difficulty of Xianggang lies in the short construction period, heavy tasks, and overlapping operations of multiple units. In the ten day construction period, more than 100 cabinets need to be repaired and cleaned of dust. We have arranged 8 special high-voltage electricians and 8 general workers.
