(1) Delivery timeliness rate ≥ 95%;  

(2) The first pass rate of product final inspection is ≥ 98%;  

(3) Customer satisfaction is ≥ 95%.

Each department related to quality should decompose and transform the company's overall quality objectives into specific work goals for their own department. To ensure the smooth completion of the goals, corresponding quality planning should be carried out when necessary.
