Key manufacturing processes
Product Design:
In order to ensure the design quality of the entire product, our company has been importing the computer UG-II software design system from EDS Company in the United States since 2005.
This software adopts dynamic design, which can fully simulate the actual assembly effect, improve the design freedom and production efficiency, and also greatly improve the first pass rate of the product.
Sheet metal processing:
In order to ensure the quality of sheet metal for high and low switchgear products, we use the TRUMA series high-speed CNC punching, bending, and laser cutting equipment imported from Germany's Tongkuai Company in March 2003 for sheet metal processing.
CNC punching machines: Currently, our company's CNC punching machines and bending machines include CNC punching machines from Japan's Tiantian Machinery Co., Ltd. and high-speed hydraulic CNC punching machines from Germany's Tongkuai Company.

Numerical control bending machine: Currently, our company also has the highest precision numerical control bending machine from Murata Machinery Co., Ltd. in Japan, the highest pressure numerical control bending machine from Tokugawa GmbH in Germany, and a specialized Italian numerical control bending machine for repeated folding process.

Laser cutting machining center: In order to improve the machining accuracy of some complex components in the switchgear, our company recently introduced the laser cutting machining center from Germany's Tongkuai Company at the beginning of this year.

TRUMPF 3D Laser Processing Equipment: The new TRUMPF Lasercell (TLC) 6005 3D machine tool is the best multi axis laser center, capable of high-speed and precise processing of any size of 3D parts. The unique design enables this machine tool to process large, bulky, and difficult to fix three-dimensional workpieces. The use of TRUMPF CO2 or YAG lasers enables the TLC6005 machine tool to perform chip free cutting on complex parts, achieve high-speed deformation free welding, and achieve local hardening of parts, achieving multiple benefits at once.

Mold processing center: Our company has a vertical mold processing center and other wire cutting equipment for mold processing imported from Giant Wave Company in Germany.
Mother processing:
Our company has a busbar machining center imported from a German company, which includes CNC busbar hydraulic punching machines and busbar bending machines.
Product assembly:
A complete monorail crane system ensures smooth, safe, and efficient logistics of all items, greatly improving productivity.
The use of specialized fixtures and pneumatic tools not only improves assembly accuracy, but also enhances work efficiency.
The cabinet edge connection adopts a new riveting process, which does not require welding, ensuring assembly accuracy and meeting environmental protection requirements.
Using a torque wrench ensures reliable connection between copper bars or conductive devices.
The secondary wiring placed in the protective groove has sufficient margin and clear markings for easy inspection and modification.
Adopting automatic cutting line machines and automatic label and line number printers to standardize secondary lines and reduce human error rates.
