4.1 Product production shall comply with national industry standards. Strictly produce according to requirements.
4.2 The supplied products are covered by three guarantees. During the warranty period, all equipment and components supplied will be replaced if there is no human damage.
4.3 Provide free technical services to users. (including drawings and technical data, equipment dimensions, etc.).
4.4 Free training of operators for users. After the training, the buyer's training personnel can master the relevant operation and maintenance skills, and proficiently handle various faults.
4.5 After the product leaves the factory, regular quality follow-up visits shall be conducted.
4.6 Free packaging fee for delivery to the site.
4.7 Send technical personnel to participate in performance acceptance tests, conduct on-site quality tracking of product installation, and ensure that the first power transmission is qualified. And timely provide the spare parts and vulnerable parts specified in the contract.
4.8 In case of any quality issues during operation, we guarantee to provide a phone response within 2 hours after receiving notification from the user; If on-site handling is required, ensure to arrive at the construction site within 24 hours to address any issues.
Ensure that the supplied equipment is brand new, advanced, mature, complete, safe and reliable high-quality performance products, and that the technical and economic performance of the equipment meets national industry standards.
